Vegan Tapioca
We give you the recipe of a dessert as a suggestion for holidays.
Cherries & coconut vegan tapioca recipe:
-Ingredients : 3 s/s brown sugar or agave honey, 1/4 coup tapioca pearls, 1 t/s cornstarch with 1 s/s water , pinch of salt , 1 coup of water, 1 coup of almond milk , 1 coup of coconut milk , cherries and coconut
-Instruccions – Place the tapioca with a cup of water let rest 2 hours, place the tapioca mixture to cook ,medium heat ,with the almond milk stirring, low the heat and add the coconut milk with the honey and pinch of salt , cook for 10 minutes until the tapioca pearls are transparent , add cornstarch with water, cook 2 minutes on low heat, serve with cherries and coconut on top.
