Cream of Broccoli Soda Bcn : Foodie Recipe

Today  we give you the Broccoli cream recipe:

– Ingredients – 1 big broccoli, 1 leek, 1 zucchini, 1 onion, garlic, 1 almond milk glass, water, 1 t/s cumin, thyme, parsley, pepper, salt, olive oil

– Instructions- saute the Orión and garlic, add the chopped leek then add the chopped zucchini after 5 minutes add the broccoli chopped , add the salt and the aromatic herbs , add the water , cook until the vegetables are soft , add the almond milk and grind with the blender until get a cream.
