Soda Bcn will review exchange / return requests only if (a) it is a lost Product or has any demonstrable manufacturing defect (b) if the Product has been lost and Soda Bcn receives a complaint within 25 days from day on which the Product was delivered or within 25 days after the estimated delivery date.
