Chia and Mango pudding recipe with mediterranean air
Ingredients for two – crushed mango, 140g almond milk, 20g chia seeds, 1/2 t/s cinnamon, honey or brown sugar, chopped almonds and coconut .
Instructions- let the chia sit overnight with the almond milk, add the honey or brown sugar and the cinnamon, then place in layers with the mango, add almonds and coconut at the top.
Ideal for taking something fresh, easy to prepare and excellent for your health, because the Chia provides Omega 3, besides of various minerals.
The properties of mango are many: vitamin A, Vitamin B1, Vitamin B2, Vitamin B3, Vitamin B5, Vitamin B6, Vitamin B9, Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Vitamin K bisides of more minerals.
